Independent upstream: Basic components & independent maintenance

In the Preview stage of deepin V23 , we built a brand new V23 repository based on the core components and some selected components. And packages in it are planned to be maintained by the community SIG group in the future.

Characteristics of the new V23 repository Compared with the V20 repository, the new V23 repository has the following characteristics:

Independent upstream and community development

The independent upstream has a completely new repository, which can be maintained in a more accurate, efficient and focused way. The independent upstream helps us to better focus on the quality of the released version and offer more stable releases, and enables the community to participate in the product development and testing process more efficiently. The independent upstream allows us to pay more attention to system security. A professional security team has been set up to provide effective and timely security updates. The independent upstream has a brand-new software selection and an automated software building platform, which can automatically complete code detection, compilation, and build, and automatically push the updates for community users to download and use. We will provide richer documents of the independent upstream and a professional learning and communication center, enabling users to participate in community construction more effectively.
